Using the benefits

Phototheca supports a variety of file formats and helps us to add keywords and metadata to files. There are various file formats to choose from, including avi, divx, flv, h264, mov, mp4, mpeg, swf, wmv, and xvid.
There is an option for auto-update for previously imported files. If Phototheca senses changes in imported data, the changes are immediately reflected in the program.
Phototheca keeps track of all places with imported images and remembers them. When new images are added to those locations, they are automatically updated.
Flickr is a photo-sharing website.
Flickr is a great place to share your favorite pictures. With Phototheca, you can conveniently organize your Flickr files, albums, and events into new Sets or Photostreams. Only two mouse clicks! You may also set the level of privacy and the scale of the uploads. Phototheca supports two-way compatibility with Flickr, which means that any updates you make to images locally or on Flickr will be reflected on the other side. Additionally, all metadata (EXIF, IPTC, etc.) is maintained during the upload process!

You can also upload curated images, albums, and activities to Google Photos using Phototheca! Set up your Google account in a matter of seconds and begin uploading! It’s possible to set the level of anonymity and the default file size for uploads. All metadata (EXIF, IPTC, and so on) is saved. Both uploads are taking place in the meantime, so you can keep using the software in the meantime.

Albums are sets of images with no chronological order. Albums are essentially created manually by users to capture images of particular subjects in one location, regardless of when they were taken. Learn more for Albums here.
Smart Album is a handy feature. This is an album that is randomly produced depending on a series of criteria. This is a search question that has been saved. The element is Live Albums. This is used to keep track of what’s in directories on hard drives and network shares. When new images from those files appear in those folders, they will automatically appear in a library.
